The narrative to the succession of features presented on Scatter Arts is one of the most groundbreaking concepts in programming. At this moment video in contemporary art is perhaps the most popular medium artists are working with today. However these works up until now have been only been made available to view through the museums and galleries which are not always accessible to an eager public due to travel and financial constraints.
